Top3. Is there a bonus for referring an agent to Supreme Real Estate?
Yes.It works like this:
Level 1 - If you recruit an agent, you receive 15% of their gross commission. Period. Better yet, you keep receiving that amount on each of their transactions until they’ve paid their annual company cap of $21k per year.
Level 2 - You receive 2% from the commissions of any agents your recruits have recruited.
Level 3 - You also receive another 1% from third level recruits!
Top4. What is the difference between revenue share and profit share? Which one is better?
Profit share derives from a complicated equation based on agent recruits, company expenses and individual office profitability. It is an equation that is barely understood, even by the agents who try to recruit new agents. In addition, it doesn’t pay much, especially when the office you work in isn’t making any money. Supreme Real Estate’s revenue share program pays Agents regardless of office income and expenses. Your recruits make money – you make money. None of the other Brokerages offer such high bonuses as Supreme real Estate.

For example, you have a client in Pasadena that wants to meet in his area for a consultation, other agents might use a Starbucks but it`s not very professional. The office would make your client feel comfortable and relaxed; there are no other people at the office watching and talking like at Starbucks.
