If we place a new tenant in your property and you opt to participate in the Eviction Protection Program, your coverage for evictions will go into effective right away. If you have an existing tenant and you enroll in the eviction program coverage, then the plan will become effective aftersix months of management fees being paid. This is a very effective service that will not only put your mind at ease but give you protection from costly eviction expenses.
