Revenue Share Program

Supreme Real Estate is proud to offer the Industry’s Best Residual Income Revenue Share Plan. Every agent within Supreme Real Estate is enrolled in the Supreme Revenue Share program and able to collect Residual Income.
Residual income programs that offer bonuses to Agents for recruiting new Agents to the company are nothing new. There are several other residual income Brokerages out there, but none of them offer the kind of benefits offered by Supreme Real Estate. None. None.

Profit Share vs. Revenue Share:

Profit share derives from a complicated equation based on agent recruits, company expenses and individual office profitability. It is an equation that is barely understood, even by the agents who try to recruit new agents. In addition, it doesn’t pay much, especially when the office you are working in isn’t making any money.
Supreme Real Estate’s revenue share program pays Agents regardless of office income and expenses. Your recruits make money – you make money. None of the other Brokerages offer such high bonuses as Supreme real Estate.

It works like this:
Level 1 - IIf you recruit an agent, you receive 50% of retained commission by the Broker. Period. Better yet, you keep receiving that amount on each of their transactions until they have paid their annual company cap of $21k per year.
Level 2 - You receive 5% of retained commission by the Broker of any agents your recruits have recruited.
Level 3 - You also receive another 3% of retained commission by the Broker from third level recruits!

For example:
Referring Agent level #3 recruited Referring Agent level #2 to the Broker. Referring Agent level #2 recruited Referring Agent level #1 to the Broker. Referring Agent level #1 recruited the Sales Associate to the Broker.

Sales Associate closed a real estate transaction and earned seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) total commission.

The commission disbursement will be calculated as follows:
Total Commission $70,000.
Sales Associate’s Commission based on 70/30 commission split with the Broker: $49,000 (70% of total commission)
Broker Commission: $21,000 (30% of total commission)
Referring Agent level #1 Commission: $10,500 (50% of retained commission by the Broker)
Referring Agent level #2 Commission: $1,050 (5% of retained commission by the Broker)
Referring Agent level #3 Commission: $630 (3% of retained commission by the Broker)
